Order Request
Please note that your order is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation back from me. Make sure you include your preferred pickup date when submitting the Order Request form so I can check my schedule. Ideally I request a minimum of two (2) weeks advanced notice, but I typically book anywhere from several weeks to several months out, so I suggest getting your order in as soon as possible. If you have a rush order (less then 2 weeks away), please call or text me at (703) 969-8419 to check on availability. I always do my best to accommodate. Rush orders with a pickup date less then two (2) weeks away will incur an additional charge of 20% of the cake cost.
Once your order is confirmed and the design is approved by you, I will send an invoice for payment in full up-front.
If you would like to modify any of the cakes on my menu, feel free to make a note on the form when you submit your order request.
Refunds: Full refunds will be given with notification more than two (2) weeks away from pickup date. No refunds will be offered if cancellation is within two (2) weeks of pickup date.
